When is a 7 day ban not a ban ?

When your names Simpo Two and you are a mod obviously.
During the show season Simpo Two has another log in as PH Roadshow. I was assured by Garlick on the 19th that this 'log in' was also banned as it was Simpo Two, and both he and I are banned for 7 days.
Also the PH rules are very clear :
When using this website you agree not to:
(1) Post insulting, threatening or defamatory material.
(2) Post any material likely to cause undue annoyance, provocation, upset or embarrassment to any reasonable person.
(3) Name companies or individuals in relation to accusations of malpractice, fraud or other criminal or civil offences.
(4) Use the forums to harass anyone, including but not limited to posting personal or private information and images.
(5) Post material which infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
(6) Post material or links to material that may be considered pornographic, violent, racist, sexist or voyeuristic or is otherwise offensive or unlawful.
(7) Post links to websites or adverts for your own commercial gain. Please use our classifieds section for cars, parts etc. or contact the sales team for banner advertising.
(8) Create multiple profiles.
Obviously only certain rules apply to Simpo Two.

I found it initially amusing, rather like primary school playground antics, but since I am on your email spam list and have read the crap you have sent out and just won't let it lie I now find it very, very sad that a grown up adult could behave in such a "toy throwing out the pram" manner.
There's a big wide world out there, why don't you try some of it somewhere else you are just looking like a fool on here.
I found it initially amusing, rather like primary school playground antics, but since I am on your email spam list and have read the crap you have sent out and just won't let it lie I now find it very, very sad that a grown up adult could behave in such a "toy throwing out the pram" manner.
There's a big wide world out there, why don't you try some of it somewhere else you are just looking like a fool on here.
