RSS Feed overloaded

I'm getting 15 new stories every 10 minutes ro so, the same ones again and again.

Also, longer term issue but the dates on the stories are all in January!

The dates bug is something we are aware of which should be sorted when we launch the next version of the feed.

With regard to the stories loading multiple times, I'm not having it happen here. What RSS reader are you using and is it still doing it?

Still happening - Outlook 2007

Date has always been an issue, but only in past day or so has this repeated download been happening. I reset it an hour or so back, now I've got 105 unread PH feeds.

How odd, we don't have outlook 2007 here though so Pete or I will have to test it at home.

I'll let you know how we get on!

Also happening in Safari 3.2.1 on Mac OS X (10.5.6).

Looking at the history of the feed on my machine, the first article I can see showing the problem was the "Insecta" article showing up as posted Tuesday @ 1:11pm. It then shows up again multiple times with different posting times. Copy and paste of this one article (it's also happening with others posted since that time.

It was fixed, broken again now.

What was the issue?

[Mr Will]

The GUID field in the feed is causing problems for some people.

I removed the field as a temporary fix the other day but we have just tried turning it back on and obviously it still hasn't worked.

ETA: Should be working again now
