I've mentioned in the past that I believe I have a cookie problem with PH in Firefox at the moment, as my last visited date is always 8th December 2008.

Until the recent "upgrades" to the layout, I have never used (or had ned to use) the "What's new" but now I'm being forced to, it doesn't really like the "since last visit" option for obvious reasons...

Could you recommend me a fix?

Cheers, Chris

Hi Chris, have you tried clearing your cookies from Firefox?

Best to log out first before doing this...

Firefox 1.5 - Windows
Open Firefox and go to Tools | Options.
Click Privacy.
View the "Cookies" tab and click the Clear Cookies Now (older versions of Firefox are very similar to these instructions).

Firefox 2.x - Windows
Open Firefox and go to Tools | Options.
Click Privacy.
Click the "Show Cookies" button and then click the Remove All Cookies button.

Firefox 3.x - Windows
Open Firefox and go to Tools | Options.
Click Privacy.
Click the "Show Cookies" button and then click the Remove All Cookies button.

Then when clear login again and see if it updates.

If you have already tried this then let me know and I will have another think.

Yep, tried that.

Have posted on this before (can't find the thread hehe)

Cheers for you offer of help Pete.

Please can you reassure me that the mobile version will be better than the current abortion. Please. Please.

I spend about 3+hrs a day on here. Or used to,

I currently needeing to be convinced that I should perserve, as IMHO it's simply not worth the effort trying to get the "improved" site to work

My next plan of action is to reset your account which will issue a new cookie and new security code and thus this will kick your browser into action...

Though if I do this it will reset your password, if you would like me to try this then let me know and I will do it. A new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Many thanks Pete

Could I ask you to hold off for a bit, as I'm having some more problems with Tiscali at home at the mo.

Am posting either via iPhone or using work laptop & T-Mobile 3G wink

Either way, not via the home PC which is the one with the problem...

Thanks

Chris

PS - Good news about the Ginetta. Will you make it to Snetterton in the series? If so, I'm (almost) local, so may buy you a beer beer

Will hold off then, drop me a mail when you want me to try it.

There is a round at Snetterton on 4/5 July this year... hoping I have enough funding for it as at the moment I haven't managed to secure a full seasons worth yet!
