Quite possibly been happening to me too.

Although i cant do anything with it (not that i would want to) as in cant see their fav's nor can i post under the guise of them.

But i wondered if it was a slight glitch now we've got the new improved PH running

It's been an ongoing glitch for a while now. You are not actually logged in as the other person, you are just being shown their version of the page.
