Threads we can't post sticky (or add to new members thread)

So then... not allowed to post up word association threads... oops!

Didn't know that until the little padlock appeared, honest! Odd seeing as I've been here for 9 months now.

Is there any other type of thread that will cause an insta-lock?

I assume the 'why has my thread been locked?' thread is one of them, what about FAO: xxx threads?

Might help the new (and not so new) members to stop causing the mods extra work.

'FAO-' is borderline- may get locked early,
'Check out these norks' etc.
'Woohoo I've reached 5000 posts/60 months'
'why has my thread been locked/deleted'
'Mods are idiots'
etc. etc.

Keeps forum tidy and useful.

If I think of more I will post here.

Any porn links will find you banned (no warning)
Abusive will probably find you binned or banned
Adverts with links will get you a trip to the dungeon

As a general guide, if a sane rational person would look at a thread and think what a waste of bandwidth, the chances are it won't be there for long.
