Keeps catching me out, this is the third time i've wrote this post.

RP is on his stag weekend, and I'm way out of my depth on this. I understand that we've had a few server issues this week, and that Pete has also built a new one to give us more capacity and (hopefully) more stability. Should be live soon.

Sounds like the backup routine which powers the search was causing problems, it'll have a look today and make sure it doesn't happen again tonight.

When does the backup run? It's happening at the moment.

Or several hours ago, depending how you look at it.
