Someone might want to check a Vodafone data connection to PH forums. Getting a bad header error when I do it and its been like for a couple of weeks now. I think PH is generating the error, but its caused by a transparent proxy at Vodafone.

Seems, to be working okay right now, I've just posted this from my mobile.

Is the error occuring all the time, or just occasionally?

All the time. Just ran it up to get the screen shot.

It's been happening for weeks.

That's my Vodafone sim card in my dongle for what its worth.

Its definitely an argument between a transparent proxy and PH because I can tunnel out and get PH through my own proxy server.

Until my home broadband is connected, I'm using a PAYG Vodafone dongle and I get the above error message.

Right, I'm on my Vodafone dongle at the moment, I'll use it for a while and see if I can recreate the problem!

Not so much "recreating" as "can't avoid it".

I wonder if its the GPRS network though. Can't be sure.

Was just about to post something similar.

I'm on a Voda dongle at the moment and am getting a similar page but with "503 Error" something about serving too many pages in parallel?

But only whilst trying to click on the £500 car thread in the TV-Surrey forum.
