Question for the Techies - Why does my PH e-mail fail?

I know this is most probably the wrong place to post this, but I’ve tried posting in the ‘Website Feedback’ page and have got no reply so far.
When I try e-mailing a Pher through their profile page, I seem to get back ‘Mailer-Daemon – Return Mail, Response Error’ e-mails back. This happens on almost all the e-mails I send, but the odd 1 or 2 go through fine.
Any ideas?

AOL are legendary for bouncing mail if they don't like where it's come from.
Had loads of problems with them in the past.

That could explain alot! I'll change over to my other e-mail address. Had loads of problems with them in the past.
