Premium advert showing as 'saved' and clock is ticking...

I put a premium ad up yesterday and paid for it (email confirmation received from RBS) but my ad is showing as saved.

I've emailed [e-mail] but haven't received a response as yet and my ad is now showing as only having 29 days left!!

If I try and re-submit my ad to PH I get asked to pay again!!

This is the second time I've advertised on PH and it doesn't appear to be a very robust system for advert submission.

Any help to get my ad up would be appreciated.

We were having a few problems with the site yesterday which meant that some adverts needed manually updating this morning when we got to the office.

I've just checked and your advert has been done now, so will appear on the site within the hour and you should be able to see that the counter has been reset so that you get the full 30 days.
