I think the Vanquis Card has to be the worst APR I have seen on a credit card. Has anyone seen anything worse? (on a credit card)

Yes, but only on other "sub-prime" cards such as Amex Centurion, and some high street banks "private" offerings

The new rules for including the annual fee make the APR's look very scary indeed
