E-mail notification - taking it a step further..

People are now able to tick a checkbox when posting a new message, which is great, but it might be very useful for forum users to 'subscribe' to an existing thread (which they didn't start) and be notified of any replies. And of course this means that if you forgot to tick the checkbox, you can always 'subscribe' to a thread you started yourself as well.

I did come up with a subscription mechanism a while back but never put it live. I'll dig it out and start it up sometime soon.
