well who kknows it could have been intentional. Buts Its certainly a phrase I have used before I see it as no different to 'brick out house' type comments I'm sure thats all they meant.

By the way, I just wonder if anyone that took offense at the previous comments (that were perceived as racially-motivated) was actually non-white, or in a relationship with a non-white? For example, my girlfriend is black and I didn't take offense. It was a comment that could've been interpreted in more than one way, but a simple clarification from the OP cleared things up nicely (although the argument persisted). Regarding the Williams sisters looking like blokes comments, that's just personal opinion!

Usually, I find it's the PC-brigade getting all hung-up on PERCEPTION, rather than the minority group taking offense, which drives all this PC gone mad stuff.
