Is PH advancing time?

I've been noticing this aswell, not a serious matter, but 'one of those things'

Work was really dead last night!

Looks like it is about 90 seconds ahead at the moment. There is some software on the servers which should gradually adjust the time until it is correct so it should sort itself out over a few days, but I'll keep an eye on it and see what happens.

I have the same suspicions, but we'll have to watch and see!
