Why can i log into the members area but it wont allow me to log into manage my ads area ?

I had a recent listing which is no longer there.
when i try to log into manage my add it does not recognise my account or email and password.
when i try to reset my password it just comes up with a loop HTML which obviously means there is no password reset page its been moved and is being looped. for some strange reason..

I also cannot re register for an account for the same problem above.
now my account was created a long time ago and i think because of that i was aloowed free premium ads, as it told me my account receives free premium adverts.

So i take that my account has gone on purpose like others probably has to avoid giving out free ads, the best of it is i did not once abuse this gift from the site so therefore i cannot understand why i can acces my account on members area but not classifieds to manage my advert.

i hope my account can be restored to its previous glory as i do not see why it cannot.

I look forward to hearing why this has happend in the last 3/4 days as i logged in to change something then went to log in again to find problem above and no ad.

There is no foul play afoot, the explanation is far more mundane.

Your classified account has been temporarily locked because you entered the wrong password too many times. Because of the way the members area account and classified accounts are linked, the fact that you are logged in is confusing our password reminder system which is why it isn't letting you unlock your account.

I've reset your classified account and changed the login details to match your members account, if you clear your cookies and log back in then it should be working again.
