Pictures in posts

OK - I have spent an hour trying to upload some pictures but I cannot find - despite searching - HTF to do it. Please point me in the right direction.

either use a service such as image shack or similar or when you write your post where it says Formatting Help etc to the right is Upload an image (beta).

Try that.
