Dealers relisting cars that already have been sold

Really annoying ... do they do it just to drum up business?

Many times I have seen cars that have been sold, not listed as sold on the pistonheads classified, then after sometime relisted.

Yet the car is clearly sold some back in March!

Come on .. I always get my hopes up high, but then I recognise the car since I have been searching for almost 6 months.

I don't understand why they do it....

Agreed I know of a couple of cars that were sold over 6 months ago !! Bloody timewasters

I think the ads should be removed if someone reports that the car is sold.

Unfortuantely this is one of the this which is very difficult for us to spot from this end. The best solution is if you guys spot any dealers who are doing this then report the advert to let us know and we will remove it and have a word with the dealer.
