Slow loading ads on forum

Don't know if its just me thats getting this, was wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

When loading a thread, it loads quite happily and I can view down as far as the advert about midway down the first page - but it struggles to load the ad, and takes forever to do this.

Is anyone else having the same thing?

We are having a few problems with the new ad-server, but we are shouting at the relevant people and doing what we can to get it sorted.

Almost enough to redirect the new adserver.

Yep... same for me here as well, also the dropdowns from the menu bar at the top of each page won't work until the advert in the top RH corner has loaded.

I know it isn't ideal, but switching to the "Big Blue" skin solves this and a lot of other little niggles.

No it doesn't! I've always used big Blue and my page refresh stops and waits for the ads!

Sorry for the confusion, I was referring to the menus not working, not the slow adverts.
