resubscibe to a thread

I accidentally clicked on the 'unsubscribe' bit of the email that tells you there is a new post on a thread you have subscribed to.

How do I re-subscribe?

No buttons to do it at the moment afraid, if you post a link to the thread I'll try and fix it manually.
