Classified ad gone AWOL

I drafted (and thought I'd submitted) a classified ad for my VW Passat last week - had a few issues with photos not uploading etc, but thought I'd got there and submitted the ad. Went into it last night and it was still just sat there, then realised that because I'd uploaded 9 photos it was defaulting to a premium rather than a standard ad - deleted the pics and started again putting 3 up.

Submitted that and message changed to say it was in the queue for review, but went in to check it at lunchtime today and found the ad hasn't appeared (I have searched for it!) and it's no longer visible when I go into manage my ads.

I've e-mailed the address given for queries, but since it also suggests posting here thought I'd give it a try.....I really don't want to have to type it all out again - it was late by the time I'd finally managed to submit it so I didn't copy and paste the text which in hindsight would've been a good idea

Can anyone working for PH confirm if the ad can be salvaged? E-mail address used for reg in the for sale section is the same as on this profile. Other details can be supplied as needed.

Hi,

We can salvage any advert from the site, so there should be no problems getting it back. One of the guys will see your email tomorrow morning and sort stuff out.

I decided to try and re-draft it last night, so there should be one in 'manage my ads' waiting for approval.
