My antivirus software (ESET NOD32) is giving me warnings about one of the adverts on here (I think)

From IP 89.167.138.242:80, link from afes.specificclick.net/adserv/

Is this likely to be something on here, or perhaps something already found its way onto my pc

Sounds like false positives to me too
