Separate forums

Anyone else here think that Boats, Planes and Trains should have different forums?

Ive given up trying to sift through all the threads that are just not my scene.

Too many forums as it is, to be honest.

Anyway, in the current set-up, you are supposed to be customising the site and using your "personal preferences" to find suitable threads and topics (not that I use this facility myself).

The last thing we need are even more sub forums. Many users seem to think the boats planes and trains forum needs a new name to cover aerospace, engineering some science stuff.

Boats used to be separate and now I dont use it as its all planes and trains which quite frankly are a mile away.Bring back the BOAT Forum!!!!!!!

During the first version of the split the Planes and Trains bit was supposed to more of an interesting engineering section and the Boats, Boats, Boats forum still existed.

This was seen as confusing and hence they were merged, but if there is sufficient demand we will be happy to split them out again.

Well,Im as much a boat mad as car mad,I will use Yachtand Boat world forum rather than PH at the mo or until We get Boats back, as I have no interest in sifting through the planes and trains with their engineering interest to discuss boaty things.Boats are a big topic for me.
