pistoneads.com taking me to Google?

When I click on either my Pistonheads bookmark or type in www.pistonheads.com into my safari browser, I am taken to the google search engine page. What is happening?

If I search pistonheads on google, the .com site takes me back to google, whereas I can access it via the .co.uk. Strange

Plus - any links that use the .com site, give me a google page saying 'not found on the server', swap the link to the .co.uk, and it is fine.

I'd say there is a fair chance that you've got a virus/malware on your computer. I've seen a couple that mess up the google results and do similar to what you're saying.

Are you being an office firewall or similar which might be blocking pistonheads.com?

Sounds like DNS is taking you to the wrong address, which is pretty unusual. What result do you get when you run 'nslookup www.pistonheads.com'?

Though it could be that for some reason the routers near you had an error for the DNS settings on PistonHeads (ie the bit that says pistonheads.com is 192.168.0.0) and this would come up with the Google search page if it couldn't find the address. For example if you go to http://www.piston123heads.com/ the same thing should happen.
