Blank topics

I've noticed a couple of topics with blank titles. I assume they're threads that have been deleted, but I don't think I've seen it before.

They are not deleted threads, they are where a topic has been posted without a title. Whether this is a bug or a PICNIC error, we haven't yet managed to figure out.

In the mean time, if you spot any then hit the report button and the mods can have fun making up an appropriate title.
