Take the 'i' out of Computers, Gadgets and Stuff

Can't you just make a separate sub-forum for all 'i' related stuff?

But where would the "Should I get an iPhone or an Android phone?" threads go?

There would be too much overlap if we made it into two forums, plus some (if not most) are interested in gadgets of all kinds and the best tool for the job, not just one particular flavour.

I get that but it really is now more like an i thread than a computers gadgets and stuff in there. I am tired of any posts/topics i may be interested in being buried by incessant i this and i that posts. My ipod has crashed, I have lost all my ipod music, best iphone apps etc threads . It may be hard to believe but not everyone has some I related product or gives a damn about a new product a new product they have brought out or new pr/money making exercise they are undertaking.

I realise they are tech related but in the majority i see no reason why there should not be a special little place for special i people.

So do you think the food, drink and resteraunt section should be split into vegitarian and meat? Dairy and non dairy?

I thought PH was a motoring site with a few fora for non-motoring topics. Splitting the motoring stuff by marque etc. makes sense to me, but not the others. If people want to post non-motoring stuff here, let 'em wade through the morass of other junk to find the bits they want - or go to a more appropriate dedicated forum IMNSHO.

Thing is though, the computers, gadgets and stuff section of PH is far better than many dedicated forums.
