Hello Mr Justayellowbadge.

Don't know why you felt the need to edit my last post, "Is this a sloth?", but I would appreciate it if you would just delete it rather than editing it to your liking. Ta very much.

No matter, deleted as per your request.

Seriously no I don't. Steps were taken to reduce the potentially offensive nature of the photo' and thereby abide by the posting rules by the judisious use of a certain logo. More flesh is evident in the Lingerie Football thread. Are you seriously suggesting that the photo' as submitted was innapropriate?

No need for the cocky attitude.

If the picture was deemed to be inappropriate you could have just informed me or even "Binned" it with an explanation.

So far as I can see the only thing wrong on my part was to omit "NSFW" for the easily offended as per posting guidelines para 2 "Any photos that might be construed as not suitable for work should be linked to with a "NSFW" warning, rather than embedded".

You really will give this forum a bad reputation if you single handedly edit posts submitted by members with scant regard for the original poster or the post content.

I'll bear that in mind, and thank you for your constructive advice.

Now, stop posting ill disguised smut, and there won't be a problem at all.

Oh right, I'm involved in NDT too, just Ultrasonics for railways now but I've covered a fair bit in the past.

Anyway, I digress, you can have your topic back now!

No problem. Is your work manual with probe (phased array?) pushed along the track or automatic/semi-automatic train based? Is it what you expected, enjoyable, worthwhile? Sorry if too many questions. Always thinking about the next step!

I sell the equipment (well, I support the sales guys) we have manual systems, single and dual track push along, self powered and train-mounted systems, as well as automated weld-testers.
Phased-array hasn't reached the railways yet, but I am working on it!
Job not bad, and I get to visit many overseas customers.. So... Hands off! biggrin

As the thread has gone off topic there is now no need for it, not that there was in the first place IMHO.
