Why has Two Stallions been Banned?

Can someone answer this question?

I can't see anything he has posted that would get him banned?

So what were the criteria.

I don't know him never met him but thought his posts added to PH, I always like to learn from my mistakes and TryHarder so if someone can educate me I'd be most grateful, and then I won't make the same mistake.

Apparently he had been banned previously and had joined under a new identity.

I don't think a reason has to be given, but that is the one I discovered for you. Here endeth the thread.
