Is the Classifieds Search Ever Going To Work Properly ?

I asked about this around a year ago and was told that it was being worked on.

I like to look for various cars and I buy many a year as I get bored easily.

At the minute I'd like a V8 and a fast estate and an LPG'd car with one of which being a 7 seater - I get bugger all results no matter how I search many don't use the word estate at all plus you also have to try wagon, touring and Avant.

I cannot search for Impreza Estate or wagon - well I can but it gets zero results.

I cannot browse ads that have been placed in the last 24 hrs / 7 days etc unless I am searching for a specific model.

And how about abandoning the ridiculous 2 stages of ads.

I cannot be alone in this and frankly I usually give up searching on PH after 5 mins.

Highlight all the Imprezza sections and type estate into the title search.

Thanks but that still doesn't find many, as many simply don't mention it in the title.

On A Trader and Ebay "Estate" it is a criteria you can search for, their searches also include the main ad rather than just the title.
