Why can one no longer create a poll?

I think someone should start a poll to see if people can start polls or not...




ETA - I've just tried creating one in this forum, GG and Comp Games... the option was there to start one, but I don't think the Mod's would be too happy with me creating three pointless polls just to see if they worked or not...
