Parsing Error

Just been attempting to post up on a sub forum and kept on getting a "Parsing Error". It seems to be ok now but I thought I'd mention it.

Yes. But then and I couldn't submit it because the Submit button was greyed out.

Did you manage to post the post in the end? If so, can you post a link to it? If not, was the post just text or were there images/links in it?

I did manage to post in the end by copying my text, closing and re-opening the topic before pasting and submitting. The thread is called "Le Troisième" in one of those places over there to the right and down a bit.

No links and no piccies. Just text.

Had a look and can't see a problem with the post, it is happens again then please let me know!

Happened again on exactly the same topic


eta.. The process I used.

1) Quoted the previous post and snipped out the quote= and /quote to maintain formatting on the list
2) Put a - /- through my name on the list
3) Hit "Preview"
4) Page moved forward to "Parsing Error"

5) Hit the back button on my browser once
6) Copied the text from the preview pane
7) Hit the back button again to go to the topic

8) Selected "Reply to Topic"
9) Pasted my text in
10) Hit submit
11) Success! Reply posted.

Found the problem, it was the accent in the thread title that was breaking the preview screen.

I've removed it so the problems should disappear now.
