Quote a picture, [pic] to [thumb]?

PH people,

Is it possible to set up the quote button so if we quote a post with a picture in it, the {pic} tags change to {thumb} tags? That way the threads may be a bit tidier and not quite so wide.

I'm sure it did it before and people complained so it got changed back.
IMHO i would prefer it if it auto [thumb]'d everything.

I could be confusing it with when ted introduced shrinking font sizes on quotes.

I don't think it has been done before, but it is definitely something we are planning to add when we get chance.

Just a glitch, if the tag is

then when it's changed to [thumb ] it's not clickable.

oh and whilst we're here, you can only use code tags once in a post

I've just noticed when I quoted myself above the thumbnail was clickable, but when Silent1 quoted me quoting myself it wasn't.

This is still not working

The only easy way I can think of fixing this is to make img tagged images clickable, rather than just pic tags like it is at the moment. I'm not sure we want to do this though as it is useful having an unclickable tag for smilies etc and a clickable one for pictures.
