Why so many 'who hates footy' threads in the Sports forum?

If you don't like it, why bother posting?

Just a question.

For instance, I would not go in the TV, Film and Radio forum and start a thread entitled who hates TV. What's the point?

And if you must, can we consolidate all the 'haters' into one thread - there seems to be a new one everyday.

Maybe because they like other sports and not football.

It's not the same as going into the TV forum and saying you hate TV, there are other sports besides football you know.

But why not just discuss the 'other' sports you do like rather than slagging off the ones you don't like.

Pointless.

It strikes of trying to be cool / out there by disliking globally supported sport.

As they will likely not see it now you might as well just close the bloody thread.

Sorry, don't usually get annoyed with this sort of admin but I thought my post was a fair one as you don't see other Sports being villified in the forum.

Sorry, not a fan of 'egg-chucking'! The only reason I will be polishing it is that its not illegal to polish a car whilst still tipsy the next day, driving it however is!

There is a problem with any topic which mentions a subject for which there is a PH section being immediately moved to the respective ghetto. Fine if it's aimed at people who are enthusiasts of that thing, but pointless if it's aimed at the general PH population.

Quite funny when someone posts something negative about bikes and then gets their topic thrown to the wolves in Biker Banter though.

Threads like these get moved to website feedback because this is where the PH Staff and moderators will see it, and we are the people most able to do something about the subject of the complaint.
