Clamping thread in SPL

You might want to check this thread as someone has posted a picture up of a wheel clamper (without permission presumably) - not sure but would he not have some comeback on the site for that?

Copyright belongs to the photographer, not the subject and it is perfectly legal to take photos of whatever or whoever you like in a public place.

The clamper might not like it, but there is sweet FA he can do about it.

No problem with that.

The copyright belongs to the photographer, the subject is visible from a public place (and I believe the photographer took it from a public place) and in the UK there is no issue with publicly displaying the image as long as it is not libelous which this isn't.

Unless you take a photograph of an unmarked Police car and post it on here. Then the Mods get arsey and delete it.
