Lack of red folders?

Hi,
I've tried, refreshing, I've tried force-refreshing but the little red folders saying topics updated since I was last here has gone... is it just me?

The time I last visited is correct, just the little icons are missing.

and while I'm here, is it just me or is the blue on the main page a sharper blue today?

strange, the folders are back now. Just came back as I was browing the lower folders (kit-car, General TVR)

everything is back to normal now, must have been my computer/router or something.
