Which news stories warrant a P. H. O'Meter?

Just wondering. Some of your news stories have a P. H. O'Meter bar at the bottom and some don't.

The P.H. O'Meter is normally only put on stories that are about a single car, as it is the car that you are (supposed to be) rating.

Sometimes though the editorial team forget to tick the box that adds it in and that is simply just it
