Problem with listing advertisements

Hi hope someone can help please.
In the past I have tried to advertise some items for sale but the advert has never appeared in the classifieds.
Today I have submitted an advert for my car but I haven't receioved any email and cannot see the advertisement in the 'manage my ads' page. Its telling me 'You currently have no adverts on PistonHeads'.
Whats going wrong?
Can anyone help please?

There was a block on your account which was causing your adverts to be automatically rejected.

I have removed this now and put your advert live, but if you have any more problems then just let me know.

It was very old, so I can't be certain, but I think it was accidentally applied when you tried to list your air-rifle for sale.
