How long has PH been putting rel=noindex,nofollow on profiles?

The oldest version of the page that I can access is from the 3rd of April 2008, and that has exactly the same line in it, so some point before then.

I think I put it in after someone complained that the Belgian Tax Office had found his collection of cars on his profile and it had caused him some 'difficulties'.
