Petition to un-ban Neil (4hero)

"We the posters below ask that Neil (4hero) be re-admitted to PH on the grounds that his contributions (fantastic photos and generally making the P&V forum more interesting) outweigh his occasional outbursts, unlike half of the denizens of The Lounge."

A lot of us don't know the extent of what he was banned for this time (the last time appeared to be a lot of stuff and nonsense, quite honestly), so if it was truly beyond the acceptable (or at least tolerable), please enlighten us. If it wasn't, then is it genuinely any worse than half the crap that appears on here and gets unpunished except for a quick edit?
