Profile picture isn't changing!

Hi,

I spent it least 30 minutes yesterday trying to change my profile pic, it did change. I came back today and it changed back to the previous.

Can I have the updated image back please?

I see a picture of a Merc AMG (front on) and can't find an alternative you have uploaded, is this the new or old one?
