Could the moderation team please not close every damn thread that links to a youtube clip. The youtube thread is mainly full of ste and I don't browse it. Not every post that contains a youtube clip needs to be moved to the youtube thread - some of them should be allowed to stand apart from the dross in that thread.

The problem with leaving seperate youtube threads running is that the Lounge gets cluttered up with them, which is the whole raison d'etre of having the main thread.

AFAIK the techies are looking at embedding the videos but lack the dev time at the moment.

Just a thought, but is there anyway to set up a PH youtube group that people can recommend videos on??
