I want to post in a regional forum offering a genuinely good discount for window tinting to people with nice/interesting cars, because I want more nice cars in my company's new blog/facebook/twitter.

This wouldn't be some sort of guerilla advertising, I'm willing to give people with the right type of cars a very good deal indeed - not just a token discount. And I won't mention my company name or link to it or anything.

Cheers for asking before posting, many don't. I'm afraid that I will have to say no though as it is against the PH rules, and has been for some time.

The simple reason is that with a few million people looking at PH, there are many companies who would like to make an offer to PHers using the forums either to be kind, or to gain more business. If we allowed everyone to do it, the forums would be full of offers and promotions. It's best to be consistent and decline them all.

Probably worth placing a listing in our 'oily pages' section though, see the 'links' section on the home page
