banned thread

One of my threads has just be banned/removed due to the misuse of adverts/links. However, I wasn't advertising anything, I was simply asking fellow PHers if I could photograph their cars for free (which I have done in the past). My post goes as follows:

I've recently acquired some new camera equipment and am looking to test it out, but I need some subjects (cars)! If any of you would be kind enough to let me spend a few hours photographing your car I would be very grateful. Final copies of the photos will be provided as a thank you gesture.
The closer to High Wycombe you live the better but anywhere it the surrounding area should be alright too. Take a look at my website for examples of my work.

Is this breaking the PH rules??...because I'm not sure it is. I often see threads saying pretty much the same thing. If an admin could let me know that would be good. Cheers

Your thread(s) were deemed as advertising, as it appears from your profile that you do this type of work for a living, and as such the link you displayed was to your website and links to businesses are not allowed in the forums.

Also it against the rule of posting No. 15 to cross post.

If you wish to post offers of that nature in future it would be best in the first instance to clear them with Haymarket.

Im not doing it for business, only practice, hence the 'free' part. Would something like this be ok?

I'm looking for cars to photograph as i've just acquired a new piece of equipment and want to test it out. This would ofcourse be done free of charge and you would get copies of the final edits in return. Please let me know if you would be interested in spending a few hours one weekend to help me out doing this.
