Lotto advert causing high CPU?

Viewing the Aston Martin forum at the moment and the lotto advert is causing my CPU to run at high (i.e. 50%-70%) CPU.

It's definitely this because if I drop the quality the CPU goes back down to 15%. Put the quality back to high, and the CPU jumps back up.

Is this the fault of my browser (IE8) or my version of Flash, or a poorly written flash advert?
