Where can I put a thread about building a toboggan...

Yes, I know, it's a bit odd, and a bit geeky, but I could possibly do with some help along the way....
It's a bit of an engineering project, aluminium, welded, needs flex in the runners, has suspension, ergonomically designed, etc.
Don't know where to put it? Sports doesn't seem like it'll get the right people, can't put it in 'readers cars', cos it ain't a car.
Any ideas?

Or the Lounge. 
Thanks chaps, didn't want to put it in a deadly dead place where dead people wouldn't see it, but was after some help and constructive criticism.
To give you an idea, I'm building something akin to this;
So not your bog standard old wooden thing!
I know it's geeky, but I've got a little bet riding on this with a mate of mine (who having spoken to him recently, has done an alarming amount of research in to the angles of the runners, and dimensions and things), we're having a couple of shakedown days, then a 'best of three' across three different toboggan courses in the Kitzbuhel area (Kirchberg, Soll and Going). Fastest to the bottom wins, well, something. Probably beer.
Anyway, although I appreciate it might be a silly little project, I thought there might be a few engineering types who could chip in to help, or ignore as appropriate!
We got quite in to it last year, although Mrs Maser kept pinching my hired 'sport' rodel and leaving me with a naff one.
So, looks like the Lounge it is then, although I will start the thread with a little apprehension....

ETA - I've just had another look at the picture, and can't see anything contentious? We're neither 'the beautiful people', nor boot ugly, we're actually pretty dull, middle class, 30-somethings, on holiday and smiling in a piccy. If you want something for a caption competition, I'm sure I could find something a bit more exciting!

Ah, I'm wearing the hulky great boots, Mrs Maser is wearing her sheepskin thingies.The very astute of you would have noticed, I'm actually wearing a ski tie around my ankle, which stops the snow going up your trouser leg when you go round the corners. I know it looks daft, but there's nothing worse than snow-up-the-trouser-leg.

You're probably right, those arthritic joints won't cope well (And where's the thread?)
I might even set up a webcam to record it all, just for fun. Time lapse might be cool.

Having said that, a man arrived earlier with a big box that has a welder inside, and then 20 minutes ago, a very confused looking courier just arrived with a 5 metre long tube, filled with aluminium.

Well, I'm an expert TIG welder for one very good reason, as I explained to somebody yesterday.
I bought a machine.
Seriously though, yes, it is supposed to be quite hard, but the principles are similar to soldering (heating both metals before adding the filler), so I should (hopefully) get a good enough result so it doesn't all fall apart. I'm pretty mean with a soldering iron.
If I can't get it right, it's going to be an interesting explanation to the proctologist, as to why he needs to remove a large piece of mountain bike suspension.....
