There's a system I've been meaning to implement for a while that will allow people to recommend garages but it won't go further than that.
I fully understand the desire for such a league but the commercial reality is that the dealers pay for this site to exist so I have to tread carefully and not create a mechanism by which people could discredit a business unfairly (e.g. multiple accounts etc).
