Just had potential harmful site warning whilst on PH

Just had the screen go to this instead of the next page on a thread i was viewing, should I/we/you be concerned?

It happens from time to time when someone posts an image that is stored on a site that google doesn't trust. It's nothing to worry about, but if you can post a link to the thread it happens on I'll sort it out.
