noticed one the other day, emailed the person mentioned in the thread and commented as such as feel it is fair to get both sides of the story, the reply confirmed my suspicions of the real story behind the posting

they wanted to know "Is there anyway I can defend myself on this website at all?"

post is removed, but forget who the poster was, nor did I take a screen dump

In our experience it is best if people resolve their differences in private, when people try to defend themselves on the forum it tends to rapidly descend into a bun-fight with outsiders chipping in where not needed and tempers flaring.

The best option if you see N&S is just to report it for the moderators to deal with.

nothing worse than being slagged off to potential customers and not know about it
