Office closed at 11:20am on a Wednesday!

Hi,

I have been trying to call the helpline for adverts. I get a lot of advice on things that aren't wrong with my advert (it's been posted as standard, should be premium but i can;t change it) which I have to listen to. I am then cut off as 'the office is now closed'. This is between 9:30 and 11:30am today! Also no replies to email.

Is there a fault with the phone system or genuinely no-one actually works in the ad department?

I'm not here, you didn't see me...

(Serious answer, the phonelines are closed in the morning so that our classified admin chap can deal with the emails, I thought they opened at 10:30 though (not 11:30) so will check when I'm back in the office next week.
