Placing a Thread in the right place.

I need to ask a question about Qualifications, where would be the best place to put the thread?.

Start with GG.
It'll be moved to Employment matters.
We can read a thread in Website Feedback regarding the move.
It may land in SP&L for a brief encounter, before being moved to Hobbies and Interests.

Start with GG first though, and allow the PH vortex to move it around until finally resting in the most appropriate, yet non-specific sub-fora.

Unless it's automotive related please don't start the thread in GG.
A general catch all for non sub forum topics would be the Lounge, it would usually get nudged into a sub forum from there if need be.
