The Two Weeks Grace Period

With reference to the two weeks grace period which is (if I'm not having another brain-fart) active in "The Lounge", "Speed, Plod and The Law" and "News, Politics and Economics".
Would it be worth extending this to General Motorsport? It might stop some of the rabid fanboys that seem to join up purely to troll that forum. It happens a few times a season, before we look at (what I suspect to be) repeat offenders.
I think that extending the two weeks to GM would take the wind out of their sails a bit once they are able to post.
Just a thought...

We were trying a new forum website feedback ticketing system... Number 137 still hasn't come forward in here today doesn't it!?
Can you point me to some new posters that have caused problems in GM and we can review this.

One recent one that springs to mind is what happened in the "Schumacher testing well" thread a couple of days ago.Can you point me to some new posters that have caused problems in GM and we can review this.

As I said in that thread I think that it may have been one poster with two profiles having an argument with himself.
The F1 race threads usually have an invasion at some point in a race weekend too.
One thing that should be said about General Motorsport is that Kinky, Gaz and FourWheelDrift do a superb job in keeping the crap to a minimum.
It's quite sad that if a poster has no months displayed below their name, I tend to think of them as a troll in that forum.
Maybe it's just me, but GM does have threads in it similar to The Lounge or N,P&E in that they carry strong opinions. The two week rule certainly keeps a lot of trolling out of The Lounge (as the trolls are normally dealt with before they get to the end of the two weeks.
Maybe ask Gaz, 4WD and Kinky if they think it's a problem, as they seem to be the more regular mods in GM.
