Problem posting for sale AD

i am having a few problems with uploading a for sale advert onto the site,i have emailed the Advert department about 5 or 6 times now and have never had a reply.
As soon as i submit an advert it says it will be published within 1 working day but it never does and when i go to view my adverts in manage my adverts there isnt any there even if i go straight into it after submitting one,

Ive tried about 6 times now over the last few days,

Any ideas?

Hi chriz1,

It's because you've failed to submit a valid phone number - our security settings mean if the required personal information's not submitted you'll automatically be blocked come moderation. To submit the correct phone number sign into your management centre and select "edit user details."

If you don't want buyers contacting you by phone, just uncheck the box in the edit advert section of your management centre. We'll only ever contact you with regards to an advert you have running - we won't be ringing trying to sell you things.
